This public forum is here to show and understand how clients and web builders interact. Often, most people that have a website have a limited perspective of web design and print publishing. This can help in understanding a few concepts. But, it can lead to confusion because a lot of web design and development (like programming Actionsscript, CSS and PHP) is done within code and there are many more complications to design than simple drag and drop software like Dreamweaver and Microsoft Word.
