Pleasing clients is much easier said than done. Often, I can ask the right questions and make some generalizations to get a feel if this client knows what he wants and how easy he will be to please. However, sometimes the client takes on quite a venture and receives a beautiful website with a plethora of changes. Then, he is happy with results, but a little edgy about the pricing. One of the biggest gaps facing web builder and client is that the client normally has some computer experience with software like Word and Photoshop where everything is drag and drop. Unfortunatley, this world is often distant from that when it comes to completing a website; especially is Flash and Content management Systems are used.
