To access the php.ini file in web host manager,
1) Open WHM
2) Under 'Server Configuartion' select PHP Configuration editor. The advanced view will allow the file the most possibility to edit various settings.
To add new PHP features,
1) 'Easyapache' must be opened.
2) Install a PHP feature and build 'Apache'
